Technical Description : Bakelite Sheets of Grade XP are paper base Phenolic sheets manufactured by using a special insulating Paper (a bleached Kraft Paper) as a filler which Provides excellent electrical Properties and Punching characteristics (hot punching). Grade XP Bakelite sheets are more flexible and serviceable under humid conditions than Grade X bakelite Sheets, but not quite as strong. They are mainly used where punching quality are of primary importance as this Grade XP Bakelite facilitates intricate punching for electrical and mechanical purposes.

Thickness : Thickness of Bakelite sheets ranges from 0.4 MM – 80.0 MM.

Size : Standard size of Bakelite sheets: 1220 x 1220mm (4 ft x 4 ft) or 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft).

Colors : Available Bakelite sheet colors are natural brown and black.

Tolerance : Tolerance of thickness is as per NEMA Standards.
