Technical Description:
Bakelite Sheets of NEMA Grade CE are fabric base Phenolic sheets. These Bakelite sheets posses lower mechanical strength than material with glass substrates, but have greater impact resistance than paper based products.

Applications of Bakelite Sheet NEMA Grade CE:
Grade CE Bakelite sheets are mostly used in electrical applications requiring good mechanical strength and moisture resistance but are not suited for fine machining.
Bakelite sheets of this Grade NEMA CE have medium dielectric loss.

Thickness:
Thickness of Bakelite sheets ranges from 0.4 MM – 20.0 MM.

Size:
Standard size of sheets: 1220 x 1220mm (4 ft x 4 ft) or 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft).

Colors:
Available sheet colors are natural brown, dark brown and black.

Tolerance:
Tolerance of thickness is as per NEMA Standards.
